Remove a contact from a group, by contact ID

delete
https://platform.textingline.com/api/v1/contacts//groups/

The same soft removal as DELETE /contacts/by-phone/{phoneNumber}/groups/{groupId}, addressing the contact by its ID. Removing a non-member is a no-op success.
